ARTIST IN RESIDENCE PROGRAM - ISSUES MAGAZINE SHOP

Regional Archive curates the Artist in Residence program at Issues Magazine Shop. The program extends the art from the printed page to the liminal space of the shop, creating new opportunities to feature artists working in print and on paper.

Print publications have long been a source of inspiration and reference for artistic works and play an integral role in expanding the ability to share art with a wider audience. With this notion in mind, the Regional Archive continues this artistic expansion with a curatorial program focused on Canada-based artists working in print and on paper. New artists and works will be featured every quarter with an emphasis on approachable price points and accompanying programming to provide opportunities to connect with the work and artists more intimately.
